Dr. Erick Rutto, President of the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI), this evening met with Hon. Salim Mvurya Mgala, the Cabinet Secretary for Investments, Trade, and Industry (MITI), to discuss the upcoming World Chambers Federation (WCF) Africa Summit, which will be hosted by Kenya in 2025.

During the meeting, Dr. Rutto informed CS Mvurya about the official handover of the WCF Summit from Istanbul to Nairobi, which will take place in 2025. He also discussed the ongoing preparations for the event, which are expected to attract over 4,500 delegates to Nairobi.

CS Mvurya expressed his full support for the prestigious event, emphasizing the significant boost it will provide to Kenya’s global profile as an investment destination for Africa.

Both parties agreed to immediately commence joint planning efforts to ensure the successful execution of the WCF Africa Summit.
