The Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI) and the Vilnius Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Crafts (VCCIC) from Lithuania have partnered in the implementation of the Skills 4 Women and Youth in Kenya.
This 24-month initiative is set to transform the entrepreneurial landscape for 120 women- and youth-led small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across the country. With a focus on equipping participants with crucial digital and business skills, the program seeks to enhance global competitiveness, promote gender equity, and bridge the digital divide within Kenya’s business community.
The project is financed by the Lithuanian Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid Fund.
