KNCCI joined hands with AMCCO Properties Ltd, our proud Silver members, to mark an exciting milestone: their 4-year anniversary and the launch of their Diaspora Program. Established in July 2020, AMCCO Properties has been making waves in the land selling market, focusing on prime areas like Kikuyu and Kangundo Road. They cater to individual investors, future homeowners, group investors (chamas and saccos), and agribusiness ventures.

The highlight of today’s event was the unveiling of AMCCO’s Diaspora Program, designed to make land ownership seamless for Kenyans abroad by offering virtual site visits—an innovative solution to prevent fraud.

Representing KNCCI, Mr. Simon Nyaga, Chairman of the Diaspora Committee, welcomed AMCCO to the KNCCI family, emphasizing the upcoming roadshows aimed at the diaspora market, presenting a perfect opportunity for AMCCO to tap into new ventures.

AMCCO’s Managing Director, Mr. James Muturi, expressed the company’s excitement about their growth into the diaspora market. He shared that AMCCO has partnered with financial institutions to offer financing options for land buyers, with ambitious plans to expand into broader investment projects beyond land sales.

The Chief Guest, Mr. James Mureu, Chairman of MSEA, lauded AMCCO for their bold initiatives at just 4 years old, urging them to explore further investment opportunities while navigating the legal frameworks.

The event, attended by various stakeholders from real estate, agribusiness, and notable financial institutions like Cooperative Bank, Consolidated Bank, DTB Bank and Fincorp Credit, marked a major step forward for AMCCO and KNCCI’s partnership.

We congratulate AMCCO on this milestone and reaffirm our commitment to supporting them through our Diaspora Committee to unlock greater market access.
