KNCCI President, Dr. Erick Ruto yesterday paid a courtesy call to KRA Commissioner General, Mr. Humphrey Wattanga in a bid to strengthen collaboration between the two organizations, with a focus on addressing challenges facing the business community.

  • Shortening the turnaround time for the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process
  • ETIMS sensitization program for MSMEs across the 47 counties
  • Setting up border point office desks for KNCCI to support cross border trade
  • Customer friendliness of KRA officers to improve relations with the business community
