KNCCI has launched the Q4 Business Barometer Report at Movenpick Hotel, Nairobi, providing critical insights into the current business environment in Kenya and offering projections for the upcoming quarter.

The report, which gathered responses from 1,255 businesses across various sectors and regions, highlights significant representation from the retail & wholesale (42.2%) and agriculture (15.9%) sectors. It also captures notable contributions from counties such as Marsabit, Siaya, and Kakamega.

Speaking on behalf of the Chamber President, KNCCI Director Cynthia Kamau emphasized the importance of the report in shaping the business landscape. She noted that the findings represent the collective experiences, challenges, and aspirations of businesses across the country.

The panel of experts included Dr. James Mwaura, Chairman of the KNCCI Nairobi Chapter; H.E. Ndiritu Muriiti, Managing Partner at Ecocapp Capital Ltd; Josephine Ndao, Chief Enterprise & SME Officer at AfDB; Wangari Muikia, Managing Director of Expertise Global; Stephen Odua, Director of Business Environment & Private Sector Development at the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Investments; and Rachel Muthoga, Advocacy Consultant at CIPE.
