Chamber President Dr. Erick Rutto presided over the official launch of a weeklong induction and training seminar of 47 County Chapter Managers (CCM) and newly recruited Project Field Officers (FPOs) under the Jiinue Growth Program ((JGP) in Nairobi.

He  outlined the KNCCI’s 2024-2028 Strategic Plan as a guiding yardstick focused on growing Chamber membership with a retention rate of 80%, collecting and collating economic data for the appropriately 7.5million nationally.

He also urged the CCMs, FPOs and KNCCI secretariat to serve as primary ambassadors advocating the ideals of KNCCI and those of partners, notably that of  the Mastercard Foundation and other JGP Program partners.

Present during the launch include Chamber National Directors Mr. Ken Onditi, Mr. Karanja Kirimi, National Youth Director Ms. Irene Kirimi, JGP Program Manager, KNCCI, Ms. Esther Kimani, and Head of Membership Services Mr. James Kitavi.
