Chamber Vice-President Mustafa Ramadan met with Kenyan Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Amb. Mohamed Ramadhan Ruwange, to discuss livestock, trade, investment, and labor.
Amb. Ruwange urged KNCCI to enhance private sector production and export volumes and proposed a “Saudi Week” on December 12 to promote Kenyan products. He noted labor opportunities in the construction sector due to future events.
Mr. Ramadan assured commitment to skill standardization and informed the Ambassador about KNCCI’s win to host the WCF Regional Summit Africa in 2025, who congratulated KNCCI and also mentioned the 1 Million Jobs Expo from January 25-28, 2025 at KICC.
In attendance was KNCCI Labour Committee Chairperson – Director Cynthia Nyawira, Head of Membership Services – James Kitavi, and Head of Business Strategy – Virginia Waruingi.
