KNCCI had the opportunity to participate in the ongoing European Union Market Access for East African Agri-based Small and Medium Enterprises in Kigali Rwanda.

The workshop brings together representatives from agricultural SMES in the EAC and EU as well as government officials from the region.

Fundamental policy recommendations, strategies and sector recommendation guidelines for mainstreaming sustainable climate compatible trade cooperation into EU= EAC trade policy, planning and funding process was among the outcome. The roadmap for implementation of this sustainable Climate compatible trade cooperation will be championed by State Countries and private sectors.
