The Board of Directors are continually being held responsible for the affairs of organizations in Kenya. One of the core responsibilities of the Board is to exercise oversight over the affairs of the organization .
The entire KNCCI Board of Directors are currently having a 3 -day induction and orientation workshop with the main objectives of ensuring that board members are well-prepared, knowledgeable, and aligned with KNCCI’s mission and vision.This in turn will lead to more effective governance and better outcomes for the organization and the stakeholders.
