On Saturday 23rd January 2021 KNCCI under the leadership of Chamber President Mr. Richard Ngatia held its first Golf Tournament for the year 2021, under the theme ‘Rebuilding Back Together Through Partnership and Collaboration’ The Event was hosted by Muthaiga Golf Club under the Club Chairman Mr. Ronald Meru and Chamber Director Mr. Stephen Mbugua (Membership, Resource and Mobilisation Chair).

The Event was attended by Cabinet Secretaries, other representatives from Government, Patron Members, Corporates and Multinationals.

The Chief Guest was Hon. Betty Maina, CS for Trade, Industrialization and Enterprise. Other Guest Speakers included;

  • Mukhisa Kituyi, Secretary-General of UNCTAD,
  • Amos Kimunya, Majority Leader of the National Assembly of Kenya under the Jubilee Party and Member of Parliament for Kipipiri Constituency
  • Kiprono Kittony , Chairman of the Nairobi Securities Exchange
  • Andrew Kairo, KCB Bank Chairman

Chamber President Mr. Ngatia urged all to support the Chamber through membership and collaboration, in order to drive a sustainable business sector in Kenya.
